This rare one-to-one Executive Assistant role will therefore support a dynamic and approachable Managing Partner. He has a genuine interest and commitment to Business Development and Marketing and is looking for someone to help him manage his busy working day! THE OPPORTUNITY On a day-to-day you will be the lynch-pin that ensures the smooth-running of this Managing Partner's work-life and legal practice. You'll stay ahead of his diary, liaising with clients and contacts to organise meetings, events, lunches, media interviews and functions. You'll work with directly with senior level stakeholders, including the firm's Business and Operation's Manager and COO, to ensure the Managing Partner is ahead of what's happening, whilst being free to focus in what he does best. As an experienced legal support professional, you'll also have the skills to help the Managing Partner oversee the practice floor - ensuring matters and billing cycles are being run to deadline. About you This opportunity is suited to you as an experienced Legal EA / Legal Secretary. You will offer: at least three years of experience in a busy legal support role at Partner or GC level; experience managing busy diaries and developing relationships with clients and other senior stakeholders an interest in BD/marketing and/or events and a commitment to working in an EA support role; and finally, you'll be a self-starter with the adaptability to take on various tasks, in a fast-moving environment.
